Do we have to work white-label?
No. White-label is an option, not the default. If you prefer, we appear to your client openly as your technical partner – which often shortens the path between question and answer. And you can handle it differently from one project to the next.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week. For urgent projects often faster – just ask us.
What is your hourly rate?
We calculate with an hourly rate of €100. Details are discussed individually.
How does communication work?
You have a dedicated contact – plus a named stand-in when they are on holiday or ill. Communication runs through your preferred channels – Slack, email, Google Chat, whatever works for you.
Do you also do maintenance?
Yes. We can continue to support projects after launch – updates, bug fixes, small extensions.
Can we try you out?
Yes. Start with a small project and see if the collaboration works. No risk, no commitment.
Do you also work directly with end clients?
Yes, we have our own direct clients. Your projects stay separate from those, and we never approach your clients directly – neither during the collaboration nor after it.
How do you guarantee confidentiality?
We work with NDAs on request. Confidentiality applies whether we are visible or in the background – even when your client knows us, internals stay between you and us.
