A shop is not a catalogue with a cart
Between “adding products” and “a shop that fits the business” sits all of the actual work: shipping rules, tax logic, price groups, the connection to your ERP. That is what we build – on WordPress, where it belongs.
What we do with shops
Most shops do not reach us as a blank page, but as something that grew and has now stopped growing along.
Build a shop
From empty WordPress to a shop that can actually sell: product structure, shipping and tax logic, payment methods, checkout.
Rebuild an existing shop
Shops that grew over the years until the plugins piled up. We clear them out without stopping the business.
Connect your ERP
Keep stock, prices and orders in sync between shop and ERP – instead of maintaining them twice.
Custom product logic
Configurators, tiered pricing, B2B price groups, minimum order quantities. Everything the standard cannot do.
Speed up the checkout
Checkout is where load time costs money directly. We measure it and remove what slows it down.
Handover to your team
It ends with a walkthrough and documentation your team can run the shop with.
Building and running are two different things
Two things that often get lumped together – with us they are two offers.
This page: building
The shop is created or rebuilt. A one-off project, fixed price after the intro call, handover to your team at the end.
Afterwards: running
Updates with a staging test, backups, an eye on the checkout path. Monthly, if you want to hand over the technical care – WooCommerce maintenance.
What we do not do
So you find out before you write to us, not after.
- Pure design work without development – there are better-suited providers for that.
- Marketplace integrations (Amazon, eBay) we do not build ourselves, but through established connector services.
- Shops with very large catalogues or high order volumes we assess honestly up front – sometimes WooCommerce is the wrong base for them.
Not sure WooCommerce is the right base at all? We have compared Shopify and WooCommerce – including the cases where Shopify is the better choice. If the decision sits further upstream, start with concept and planning.
What our clients say
Straight from our Google Business Profile – quoted verbatim, not filtered by star rating.
How these reviews get here
The reviews come from our Google Business Profile. We pull them through Google's interface from time to time and store them unchanged in this page, rather than querying them on every visit. We do not write the wording ourselves and we do not change it; long texts are shortened for display, with a link to the full review on Google.
Once a project is finished we ask clients for a review. There is nothing in return – no discount, no voucher, no prize draw – and we ask regardless of how happy someone was.
We do not select by star rating. Which individual reviews Google hands over is Google's choice. The average and the total above are the profile's figures as of October 1, 2026 and cover every review, including the ones not shown here.
Whether the reviewers really were our clients we do not verify ourselves – we cannot. Google states that it acts against fake reviews; we have no influence on that.
Frequently asked questions
Why WooCommerce and not Shopify?
WooCommerce pays off when you need custom logic, want to hold your own data or already run WordPress. Shopify is the better choice when you want to launch quickly and the standard covers you. In the intro call we tell you honestly which of the two fits your case – even when the answer argues against us.
What does a WooCommerce shop cost?
Shop projects start at 15,000 €. We deliberately do not name an upper bound – what a shop costs depends on the product logic and on whether an ERP is connected. After the intro call you get a fixed price. The full overview is on the pricing page.
Do you also take on a shop someone else built?
Yes, that is in fact the more common case. It starts with an audit: we look at what is installed before we stand behind it. Only then do we say what is worth doing – sometimes that is cleaning up, sometimes a rebuild.
Who maintains the shop after launch?
That is your call. Your team can run the shop itself – that is what the walkthrough is for. If you would rather hand over the technical care, WooCommerce maintenance is a separate offer with a staging test before every update.
How long does a shop project take?
It depends on the scope of the product logic and on how quickly content and product data arrive from your side – in our experience that is where projects wait. We give a solid effort estimate after the intro call, and it stays an estimate.
Request a shop project
Tell us what your shop has to do. You get an honest assessment – the hourly rate for additional work is 120 €, everything else is on the pricing page.
