Prices you do not have to ask for
We find it odd that you should have to sit through a sales call just to hear a number. So here is where our work starts. Where your project lands depends on scope – and after the intro call it becomes a fixed price that then holds.
Projects
One-off development. After the intro call this turns into a fixed price.
| Service | Price (net) | What it depends on |
|---|---|---|
| Corporate website | from 5,000 € | WordPress or fully custom, including concept, design, build and handover. The entry price applies to a manageable site: one language, a clear page structure, no special logic. Every further language and every special feature moves it up. |
| Larger site or relaunch | from 12,000 € | More pages, several languages, or taking over an existing site along with its content and rankings. This is where most of our website projects start – how far above depends on scope. |
| WooCommerce shop | from 15,000 € | Deliberately without an upper bound: what a shop costs depends on the product logic and on whether an ERP is connected. After the intro call it becomes a fixed price. |
| Static website with Astro | from 5,000 € | Marketing and corporate sites. Multilingual setups and headless CMS integration are added depending on scope. |
| AI workflow for an Astro site | from 2,500 € | On top of the Astro base. Replaces the editing back end with a text-based maintenance path. |
| Custom web application | from 10,000 € | Portals, dashboards, booking and billing logic with Laravel. What drives the price: the number of roles, the number of interfaces, and how much existing data has to be migrated. |
| Multi-tenant application | from 25,000 € | Several tenants with separated data in one application. The effort depends heavily on how far tenants are allowed to differ. |
| Tech audit (Astro/headless) | from 500 € | A review of an existing site with a written result and a priority list. |
Ongoing care
An initial three-month phase, then cancellable at the end of any month. The scope per package is on the maintenance page.
| Service | Price (net) | What it depends on |
|---|---|---|
| WordPress maintenance Basic | 99 € / month | Updates, backups, security monitoring. For sites that run and should keep running. |
| WordPress maintenance Pro | 219 € / month | Like Basic, plus regular included hours for small changes. |
| WordPress maintenance Premium | 349 € / month | For sites that are worked on continuously. The details per package are on the maintenance page. |
| Astro care package | from 40 € / month | Static sites need less care than WordPress – the support costs less accordingly. |
| Onboarding audit | 290 €, each further site 190 € | Once at the start of a maintenance contract: we look at what we are taking on before we stand behind it. |
Hours and emergencies
Everything that cannot sensibly be turned into a flat rate.
| Service | Price (net) | What it depends on |
|---|---|---|
| Hourly rate | 120 € / hour | For work outside a fixed price and for ongoing development. |
| Emergency within service hours | 120 € / hour | With a maintenance contract. Service hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm CET. |
| Emergency outside service hours | 150 € / hour | Outside service hours we can usually be reached – we do not promise it. |
| Emergency without a maintenance contract | 250 € call-out fee + 120 € / hour | We first have to find our way around an installation we do not know – that is what the call-out fee covers. |
Want to know how such a number comes together? We have written up what drives the cost of a corporate website, a relaunch and WordPress maintenance – each with the line items that tend to disappear in quotes.
Frequently asked questions
Why only an entry price?
Because the final price depends on scope, and we do not know the scope before the first conversation. An invented fixed price would either be guesswork or padded with buffer. The figures here show where our work starts – the column next to them says what moves it up. After the intro call you get a fixed price, and from then on it holds.
Do you work on fixed price or time and material?
Projects run on a fixed price after the intro call. Anything added later – further development, extra requests, changes in scope – is billed at 120 € per hour. An effort figure from us is an estimate, not a commitment.
What costs come on top of the project price?
Hosting and domains deliberately run on your own account – that way you keep them if you ever continue without us. Licences for third-party software and stock material depend on the case: we cover part of them through our agency licences, which is cheaper for you than buying them individually. What your project needs and which of it runs through us is in the quote – not a surprise on the invoice.
Are there discounts for longer engagements?
Not as a percentage. Existing clients do keep the hourly rate that applied when the contract was signed – increases only apply to new contracts.
Why is an emergency without a maintenance contract more expensive?
Because we take on an installation we do not know. Without a maintenance contract we cannot tell how the site is built, where the backups live or what was changed last. The call-out fee covers that ramp-up.
Are all prices net?
Yes. All figures on this page are net and exclude VAT.
What would yours cost?
Tell us briefly what you have in mind. You get an honest assessment – including when it says the project is not worth doing this way.
