Usually no rebuild required. We analyse what has technical substance, what doesn't, and what can be modernised without starting from scratch. A technical audit gives you clarity within 1–2 weeks on what's actually needed. Sometimes a theme refactor is enough, sometimes a plugin cleanup, sometimes a targeted relaunch of specific sections.
