Background

Advantago is a SaaS platform for location management and digital marketing – used by retail chains, franchisees, municipalities and industrial companies. The brief: a complex marketing website that covers the full product and industry spectrum, qualifies leads via HubSpot, and works in both English and German.

Standard WordPress setups hit their limits fast at this level of complexity: a mega navigation with four main hubs, over 15 industry sub-pages, a reselling programme and live demo requests – all in two languages, all routed through HubSpot forms.

What we built

  • Complex mega navigation with product, customer, resources and about hubs
  • Over 15 industry sub-pages: municipal administration, franchise, retail chains, industry, logistics, cooperatives and more
  • HubSpot integration for all lead forms and live demo requests
  • Multilingual DE/EN structure on advantago.com with custom path logic (Polylang)
  • Hello Biz as theme base, Elementor for flexible content architecture
  • WP Rocket for enterprise-level performance
  • Technical SEO: hreflang setup, canonical tags, structured data

What makes it special

The challenge wasn't any single feature – it was the overall architecture: how do you build a WordPress site that simultaneously handles product marketing, industry targeting, reselling and lead nurturing, without it becoming an unmanageable sprawl? The answer was a clear content hierarchy, a consistently applied URL schema, and a page template system that makes adding new industry sub-pages straightforward.
